Just a note to say we are looking forward to the new west coast swing lessons. There are a few slots open still. If you are interested or know someone that might be, just leave a note and we’ll put you on the list. This class starts at the very basics but does require some previous experience in dance.

Just a note to encourage people to try this event! My husband and I started going last summer and I have successfully taken 4 other friends who had never done swing much less any other kind of dance!! It’s a cheap price (the $5 part) for an enjoyable night for a wide variety of ages. I’ve taken my teenage sister and enjoyed watching a few 70 year old couples show off their moves. Everyone likes it! Paul and his friends love to show off during swing circles, and I will get the hang of that fun line dance! (This has turned into more of a blog than a comment) Kay and Bob are always handy for help and put on a great show too. I’ll be signing up for lessons soon! I also like the new venue at the Muskegon Women’s club with more dance space! Advertise outside on the sign if you can.. it will also help me remember!
